DTIS Measurement Data Management System
Regarding different kinds of fasteners (W300-1, WJ-7, WJ-8, etc.), DTIS can establish database to do the fastener management, and it also has the function of fastener registration, inquiry, exporting, and updating.
l The data of track measurement system can be read directly, the adjustment amount of fastener can be calculated automatically, and also, the equipment ledger and linear database can be real-time linked to the data. Users can view the deviation curves before and after the adjustment, and do the graph scaling, translation and other operations.
l The software can provide the list of the materials need to be prepared to do the track adjustment, and after the track adjustment finished, the electrical equipment ledger can be updated automatically.
l Server/Client design allows data to be shared between different departments. The section can view the data of the workshop online and the permission setting can be done by the section directly;
l Support detect and release the information in《Slab track maintenance rules》；
l Comparison of test data in different historical periods can be done in the software directly.
